Overview
Job Title: Recovery Driver – Class 1 Location: Reading Start Date: ASAP Salary: £28,000, OTE £32,000 Summary Our client, one of the UK’s leading breakdown companies are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to join their team due to continued company growth. The position will be based in their depot in Reading. Responsibilities You will be responsible for attending customer breakdowns whose vehicle can’t be repaired at the roadside and then taking them to the garage for repair, you will then take them onto their chosen destination. A key part of his position is customer service as some of the customer’s you see could have a mix of emotions following their breakdown. You will be required to reassure and listen to any concerns as well as be patient with them and assisting them through the process. Skills/Experience Required • Class 1 or 2 License with valid CPC & Digitacho • Strong customer service and communication skills • Vehicle recovery experience(preferable) • A minimum of 1 years driving experience Additional Information • You must be happy with working a shift patterns this includes evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays – you will get shift allowance for this • OTE available based on driving standards • Overtime is available If you believe you may be suitable for the role and interested in finding out more, please contact Megan Hill on or apply now.
