Ancora Recruitment is an independent Family owned and run Recruitment Business. Our office is based off the A4 Portway on Victoria Road, Avonmouth, BS11.Ancora opened its doors in October 2016 and has expanded beyond all expectations ever since. Because of our continued growth, we currently need to recruit extra personnel to help cope with the volume of drivers we deliver to the marketplace on a daily basis.Ancora Recruitment supplies all categories of temporary drivers (Cat B, C1, C and CE) to Logistics, Transport, Haulage and Distribution companies throughout the South, the South West and South West Wales.Your main role will be to resource, interview, maintain and manage drivers across our varied portfolio of new and existing companies that request drivers from us.This is a hands on role for an experienced recruiter, where you will be expected to roll your sleeves up and drive the business forward through good service and continued job recruitment. You will be expected to cover all daily, weekly and monthly contract requirements across a very diverse set of clients.If you can work under pressure, where time just disappears, prioritise your work, talk to lots of people both on the phone and in person and genuinely be interested in our driver’s placements and their work assignments, then you might be the right candidate for this role.In return we can offer a real career opportunity, where the more you do, the more you will be rewarded.Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm Half an hour for lunch An on-call system appliesSalary: £22,000 p.a.
