This client has built up a strong reputation and networking within these markets and boast a vast database Profile High performing individuals - shown through academics, extracurricular or sports etc. Russell Group/Red Brick Universities Gravitas - you will need to speak to corporate banking and finance lawyers, paralegals and solicitors Ex lawyers/law students or legal experience desirable Competitive Personable If you are currently working in the legal sector and finding it mundane and not very rewarding this is a great opportunity to utilise your knowledge and work in a fast-passed lucrative industry The Opportunity The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth of the business. Daily responsibilities include: Calling, screening and evaluating target population Writing profiles of interested and suitable candidates Presenting long and short lists to partners/clients Compiling mapping lists, competitor analysis and market report Operating with high levels of integrity and professionalism Progression Opportunities Candidates will be fully immersed in everything and given more responsibility than the classic graduate scheme. You will be expected to input opinions and contribute to the business - for the right graduate this is a very exciting opportunity They are ideally looking for candidates who want to progress quickly from research into an executive consultant, and then into a 360-consultant position
