Overview
We are looking for an experienced Co-ordinator to support a reputable NHS client. Delivering a robust customer service that meets the needs of all customers and clients across 7 sites. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who can work hours across the week but also to include weekends up until 8pm. Competitive salary offered. About the Role: As a Co-ordinator you will be providing a comprehensive administrative / customer service support across the various sites. Delegating and organising work across different locations Reacting to a changing workload daily. Dealing with enquiries and working to tight deadlines Updating rotas and sourcing new candidates for bank staff Able to work independently as well as part of a team Being proactive co-ordinator, you will be resilient to change and able to provide exceptional customer service Identifying any situations that could raise issues and problem solving as you go Ensuring the IT systems are kept up to date with bookings and is accessible to all staff across the different locations Other duties as a co-ordinator will be administering reports and providing statistical information Ensuring that equipment/ health and safety items are stocked up to be used during the on-call hours Visiting the other locations and offering advice, help and guidance to all staff on site. Having a can-do approach to everyone To demonstrate high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality and customer service Essential Skills & Experience: Excellent customer service skills Organised and good planning skills Sense of humour, able to have a laugh Works well with change and reactiveness in the workplace Always willing to go the extra mile Excellent IT skills Experience of NHS systems would be advantageous - System One Must have your own transport and be over 25 years to be covered on the company car insurance Must have GCSE English and Maths grade C or above DBS check on update service, or willing to go through About the Benefits: Great opportunity to progress within the business Temporary to permanent opportunity Able to work independently and mange own workload Competitive salary of £19500 which includes an allowance to cover the weekend hours until 8pm Hours of work, Weekdays - Monday - Wed 12 -8pm including Sunday 8am - 4pm in the office then 4 - 8pm on call at home. And Wed - Friday including Saturday 8am - 4pm in the office and 4pm - 8pm on call at home.
