Client Relationship Manager - London - 30k Circa Would you like to join a Multi-award winning Financial Advice Company in London? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has financial services experience be it Client servicing or Advice and now wants to just focus on servicing and building side of advice. There will also be an element of managerial expertise required and the role could be described as a mini ops manager of sorts. If you have your diploma or a strong record of achievement in Investments over the past 2 years then this could be the role for you. This role would suit a tenacious and confident Individual who has no issues grabbing the bull by the horns. Strong MS Office skills and use of Intelligent office are required for this role. The role Itself To help to deliver firms Client Services Proposition by providing a high quality administration and support service to Partners and their clients. This allows our Partners to focus on the client relationship and developing relationships with new clients. Be the main point of contact for some of our key PCS Partners and their clients, supporting the Partners to deliver an outstanding advisory service to their clients. This involves understanding each client’s requirements and managing the delivery of an outstanding Private Client Services (PCS) support service to some of our key PCS Partners and their clients with the support of a Client Experience Executive (CEE) or Client Experience Administrator (CEA). Managing the workflow by tasking administration work to the CEE’s or CEA’s to deliver an outstanding advisory experience. Monitoring their progress and keeping the Partners and Clients updated on progress made. Providing training and support where required. As part of this role you will influence and encourage Partners to work efficiently, following our Private Client Advice Process (PCAP) including using the documentation generated in our client relationship management system (iO) so that they and their clients benefit from the efficiencies of our PCAP process. A key part of this role is to manage and deliver against, and where possible exceed, client expectations. Communication is a key part of this role to keep the clients and the Partner updated. The role will be varied and requires a numerate and articulate individual who is highly organised and self motivated. Attention to detail is essential as the successful candidate will be working with some of our top clients in the firm and also complex financial transactions. The successful candidate will have a warm and professional demeanor both on the telephone and in written form. The candidate must be able to cope well under pressure, be able to balance priorities, have the ability to multi-task and solve problems.
