We provide our healthcare professionals with access to the best temporary and permanent opportunities across the NHS and private sector We are currently looking for a Compliance Team Leader to join our busy and exciting London based team here at our offices in King’s Cross What you’ll be doing; As Compliance Team Leader you will maintain a consistent pipeline of associates to the Nursing Divisions. This involves working in conjunction with the Business Managers and the candidates to ensure they remain compliant for placement in accordance with Company Quality procedures. You will also manage a small team, ensuring business KPI’s are met. Ensures all candidates are compliant with Company Policies and Procedures and Employment Legislation Carry out weekly, fortnightly and monthly reviews and annual appraisals with all staff on or near their anniversary date in line with the company competency Framework. Responsible for development of both self and staff. This includes coaching, identifying training needs and development plans and succession planning. Prioritises own work and that of their team, setting measurable objectives for all staff. Booking Mandatory Training, Verifying external Certificates, Sending and ensuring Online training is completed Assists with ensuring branch’s compliance with relevant quality policies and procedures About you: Previous experience managing a compliance/recruitment team Knowledge of the healthcare recruitment sector Passion for people A keen eye for detail What we can offer you Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Plus OTE bonus In exchange for your hard work, we can offer excellent benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension scheme where we match your contribution up to 5%.
