Pensions Actuarial Analyst London £40000 - £55000 per annum One of the worlds largest consultancies with a Global presence. Due to considerable growth, this firm are looking to recruit at multiple levels across the whole of their actuarial service line. About the role Assisting consultants on the preparation and delivery of both day to day, and strategic advice Supporting and participating in client meetings Dealing with queries received from the client, third parties and internal clients Carrying out non-standard scheme benefit calculations and involvement in wider actuarial work (i.e. assumptions advice, funding advice, actuarial factor reviews, funding updates, accounting) Supporting senior colleagues in research, analysis and general preparation of materials for new business opportunities What you will need to succeed Educated to degree level Studying toward or CFA qualification or recently qualified Experience in working with corporates (and trustees) on DB pensions within an actuarial consultancy role from either a funding or investment background Up to date awareness of current pension issue and how these impact clients, including key considerations and tailor your response to specific circumstances What you will get in return Competitive base salary of between £45,000-£55,000 dependent on experience and qualification Performance related bonus Option for part time and flexible working arrangements Flexi benefit scheme, to be tailored to suit the individual Progressive opportunity with a market leading consultancy This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89643923
