Overview
Our client is currently recruiting for a Floor Layer to join their property and estates maintenance team in the Brighton area. You will carry out all aspects of flooring repairs and installing of new floors to commercial and domestic property. You will be working as part of a multi skilled trades team that carry out all types of property maintenance. The ideal person will have: - A recognised carpentry / floor laying qualification - Experience or repair and installation work in the floor laying sector. - Experience of working on polysafe, vinyl, cap & cove wetroom flooring - Excellent health and safety awareness - Full driving licence The hours of work will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established company who have a strong reputation in the maintenance sector. This role will initially be temporary, becoming permanent for the right person.
