Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Oversee the dining floor, ensuring efficient service and top-tier guest satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and manage the service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.

Handle guest concerns and ensure swift, satisfactory resolutions.

Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and coaching.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area in accordance with health and safety standards.
