A leading Independent provider of IT services and solutions seek Consultants to join their dynamic and rapidly expanding Consultancy Practice, 6-month contract initially, Flexible UK base location with regular UK wide travel where necessary, remote work possible. The role will involve design and implementation of Microsoft Messaging, Unified Communications and Collaboration Technologies for enterprise level clients Key technologies Identity & Access Windows Server, Active Directory, PKI, Advance Threat Analytics (ATA), Azure AD Connect, ADFS, Active Directory migration, InTune, Azure SSO - Azure apps, Azure AD B2B, Azure AD Application Proxy, Azure AD Identity Protection, Azure AD Password Protection, Azure Security Center, Advance Threat Protection (ATP), Windows Hello for Business, Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Always On VPN, MFA Content Management SharePoint, OneDrive Migration, SharePoint migration, SharePoint Online (incl Teams Integration), OneDrive, Azure Information Protection Unified Communications Teams \ Skype Meeting Rooms, Webex \ Teams Integration, Meeting Room Interop Service, Teams Voice (Including Ribbon SBC), Contact Centre (AnyWhere 365), Skype to Teams Migration Main Responsibilities Ability to manage the design and implementation of complex technical solutions and provide input into bid, project and technical documents. Undertake individual consultancy assignments, analysing customer requirements, gathering and analysing data, recommending solutions Experience in supporting infrastructure technologies Attend customer opportunity meetings to ensure understanding of customer requirements Ability to contribute to bid, project and technical documents Ability to present within internal workshops and externally to small audiences Keep up to date with current and future market developments, competitors, technologies, products and strategies The Ideal Candidate Qualified and accredited in the technologies listed, Microsoft Professional Qualifications - additional accreditations with other vendors desirable Extensive experience in IT consultancy and thought leadership including all aspects of design and delivery Exchange on-premises, hybrid and Exchange Online deployment and migration. Large scale migration experience including the use of third party vendor tools such as Binary Tree/Quest/AvePoint is desirable Enterprise telephony, voice Integration with Skype for Business and Teams, web conferencing and multi-vendor integration, including Microsoft Phone System and PSTN calling Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams expertise PowerApps and Workflow experience SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online deployment expertise Office 365 security and compliance skills to include EM&S, RMS, Microsoft Security & Compliance including Azure Information Protection, DLP, ATP, Sentinel, EMS and RMS Identity Management (Active Directory, Directory Synchronisation, Azure Active Directory) sills Knowledge of network technologies, including enterprise QoS and Call admission control Proven understanding and application of Consulting and Project Management frameworks, approaches and methodologies; industry recognised accreditations are a significant advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to large internal and external audiences. Ability to lead and organise a large virtual technical team, with good negotiation and people management skills.
