We are working with our client who is a successful service and facility provider to Oil & Gas and Energy industry and are providing an excellent role to candidates with a (Financial or Logistics Administration) background. The company is looking for a Project Coordinator (Commercial) to work with an exciting, positive & dynamic team providing essential services, support and added value through their facilities & infrastructure to a number of leading Global Companies. The role is centrally positioned in the day to day operations of the company, the Project Coordinator (Commercial) will be responsible for coordinating, processing and maintaining performance & compliance commercially and is the key link between our client’s and departments. The Individual should have the ability to confidently support the company’s projects commercially, implement and follow effectively the company’s policies, procedures and protocols, represent the organisations interests, lead continuous development & improvement. This is a varied role and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate ability, previous experience, coordination and a high standard in commercial compliance. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for Processing Sales Invoices & administration You will be part of the Project team supporting and maintaining company services commercially & process compliance Responsible for coordinating and maintaining company management systems Responsible for coordinating sales and general enquires from customers Deliver Professional High Level of Output Ensure clients expectations are managed and exceeded. Personal Specification: Background in Processing Sales Invoices Sales Administration Data Input experience Proactive / Ability to coordinate Good IT skills & Excel ability Good organisational and communication skills Demonstrate an ability to work in a team as a key member
