Overview
Are you a results driven, motivated and confident Account Manager looking for new permanent opportunities in Colchester? If you're from a Manufacturing or FMCG background we would be keen to speak with you regarding an exciting new opportunity we are working on for a prestige global organisation in Essex. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business worth a total of £3.5million. This is a varied role and day to day you will be responsible for: Account managing: regularly visiting your key accounts, building strong relationships with new and existing customers, liaising with customer service teams to ensure best in class customer service and will work to ensure all artwork trials are invoiced correctly and to customers pre agreed artwork standards. Product/Technical: generating specific quotes based on materials and costs to produce, updating customers with new pricing tools/matrix's, working with other departments to ensure all orders are going through production on time without any issues as well as advising and educating customers on new and existing products that will be best suited to what they're looking for. Finance/Reporting : Ensure all invoice information is correct and being sent to the relevant departments, updating all CRM systems with orders/contact details, providing monthly reports for MMR purposes and ensure all customer accounts are set up properly.
