The Successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for dealing with all customer service inbound calls and queries, making sure they are done to the highest standard. Description The Customer Service Advisor will ensure all queries are dealt with correctly, within a timely manner and to the expected standard. You will need to be enthusiastic, driven and bring a talent for talking to different kinds of people. Profile The full-time Customer service Advisor will have/be: Some previous customer service experience Able to work towards targets and KPI's IT skills Reliable Organised Work well within a face paced environment friendly Job Offer Immediate start £10 p/h training provided 4 week shift rotation
