Overview
A well-established, national firm are looking for a confident and highly capable commercial property solicitor to join their growing team based in Birmingham. This firm are highly regarded for their dedicated, expert teams who offer their clients the highest level of commercially astute advice and exemplary client care. They can offer the right individual the opportunity to be part of a renowned department that have an extensive client base which include highly recognisable names spanning across retail, health care, finance and hospitality. They can offer the successful candidate a role in which they will be exposed to quality work that will encompass a broad range of commercial property law including acquisitions, disposals, business leases and licenses and landlord and tenant matters. You will work closely with the firms established client base along with generating new business for the department through your proactive and motivated in nature. The ideal candidate will have between two to ten years post qualified experience within a similar role- however this PQE is only a guide and you are still encouraged to apply if you fall outside of this. You will also show a clear passion for commercial property and ambition to succeed within this discipline.
