Customer Service Team Leader wanted £20,000 - £21,000 per annum 07:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday 1 Sat/Sun in 4 Daventry Are you an experience customer service/contact centre team leader? Do you have great HR experience? Are you looking to join a Global company? Then we have the role for you We are currently recruiting for a global 3rd party logistics business that is looking an experienced team leader that is experienced in HR processes within a customer service/contact centre environment. But what will I be doing? Overseeing all aspects of the customer experience Manage customer service processes Training and development Managing a small team to customer service advisors Recruitment Co-ordination with warehouse Dealing with any HR matters Key account managing Creating Rotas and Driver planning This role requires someone that is very HR focused with good experience within either a 3PL or 4PL environment. You will be working in a small close knit team to understanding how to deal with team dynamics is key. Some form of CIPD would beneficial but not essential. And what do I get?
