JOB DESCRIPTION Customer Services Co-Ordinator Monday to Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-4.30 (37 hours a week) £18,000 Per Annum Duties 1. Taking orders from customers on the telephone and email and supplied by sales team (Ensure that the customer has either an account number or open an account on SAP. If customer does not have a credit facility, advise that method of payment is cheque, credit card or bank transfer. Taking details accurately and entering order on to the computer. Process and complete overseas orders and online orders) 2. Advising customers of any out of stock items (Placing these on back order and advising of delivery dates. Processing back orders, advising customer when items come into stock thereby enabling them to add to the order. 3. Assisting with warranty replacements and credits to accounts. (Acting on paperwork received from Sales) 4. Produce Picking Notes for warehouse personnel. (By accurately entering information on to the computer system, producing the picking note.) 5. Dealing with service calls in all respects (Process complaints: ·Liaise with customers and advise the outcome ·Check process of returns ·Close complaints ·Process relevant data and reports ·Maintain service call summary ·Process Sale or Return items ·Liaise with account managers 6.Making outgoing sales calls 7. Filing (Filing of invoices and other general correspondence.) Knowledge / Skills Required Ability to prioritise Display good communication skills Show attention to detail Able to work as part of a team Computer Literate, knowledge of SAP Pleasant telephone manner Enthusiastic
