The Role As Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will -have complete accountability for the L&D budget for the UK and Ireland -Be responsible for initiating your own L&D programs, working alongside the HRDs and Talent Director -Oversee and lead the L&D team, and be responsible for succession planning and performance reviews of the team -Be focused on strategy, development, implementation and continuous improvement of your L&D initiatives, with the support of the team L&D is a huge agenda for this business and, as someone who would spearhead the agenda, you will receive great support and strong backing to influence from a long term perspective. Skills Required -you will have the motivation to invest your own time into all the brands and product lines of the business, with the desire to understand how different functions operate within different stakeholder groups -you will have a passion for learning, and a proven track record in implementing large L&D programs end to end -you will be a leader, who can really drive the energy of the team -A degree and relevant qualifications in HR are required and somebody with a background in Coaching would be seen as a really valuable skill Salary: Up to £85,000 car allowance 15 to 30% bonus Location: West London The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
