Overview
An award-winning full-service law firm, based in the East Midlands, has an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Planning Solicitor to join the team in Nottingham. The department has been expanding recently and is looking for someone to come in and support the team with the increasing workload. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Planning Solicitor to handle a broad ranging caseload, including planning appeals, environmental issues, planning objections, section 106 obligations, enforcement issues, compulsory purchases and much more. The firm is committed to further growth and so there will also be the opportunity to get involved in business development and build on your networking skills. The firm also takes a genuine interest in your career and will provide ongoing professional support, making it a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to expand on their knowledge and gain experience working with some top clients within a progressive and forward-thinking law firm. The team is ideally looking for a Planning Solicitor with upwards of 4 years' PQE, however this is given as a guideline so if you are less experienced but have experience of running a range of planning files, you are still encouraged to apply.
