Overview
Our client leaders in their field are looking for an FP&A Manager to join their team for an initial 12-month period. The role will support the Sales and Marketing teams across several regions and oversee a team of 2 qualified Analysts. The role will deliver: Assistance to business managers with preparation of cost and benefits justification for capital investment projects including IRR and NPV calculations. Post project review of capital investments to ensure forecast benefits have been achieved. Work with the Sales Directors on the commission structures / contracts. Provide regular analysis on the commission expenditure, brand performance and profitability. Oversee the consolidation of the monthly close across the International offices covering all aspects of commission and costs. Oversee the revenue performance and other key performance metrics on a monthly basis. Manage the annual operating plan process for the division for both revenue and expenditure Manage the quarterly and monthly forecast process for the division. Present the annual plan and quarterly forecasts in review meetings with senior management. The successful candidate will be fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA with strong experience within FP&A, Sales team support and team management. The ability to build relationships and influence senior management is also essential for the role.
