DESCRIPTION - Head of Product Currently recruiting in London My client a leading FinTech player and offers a unique cashflow management solution to help SMEs thrive. They are in an exciting growth phase and are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who want to make a difference and help disrupt the status quo. As a Head of Product you will be responsible for driving product growth, scaling teams and setting product vision & strategy. This is a hands on delivery role and provides a great opportunity to have a direct impact on an exciting scale-up. Key Accountabilities of the Head of Product Build and lead the cashflow management business product plan Set the Product vision, strategy and KPI’s Take new products through the full development lifecycle to prove or kill new initiatives. Oversee the customer journey from end to end Ensure lending products meet regulatory standards Sit on the Leadership team/ C-suite level of a rapidly growing FinTech Work cross-functionally to position and execute product change plans Work in a fast-paced agile environment.
