Overview

Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experienced Transport Manager in the West Yorkshire area. Your role will involve overseeing all transport operations, including managing compliance, operational efficiency and providing support to the planning team. For this role you must hold a transport managers CPC and be fully proficient in drivers working time directive. On call will be required, in line with your drive to exceed KPI’s and provide excellent customer service. £30 – 35k p/a, depending on experience. Managing budgets Liaising with drivers – managing holidays and any day to day issues. Planning vehicle maintenance Undertake additional duties as is reasonably required for the effective operation of your department.
