CFO/Chief Financial Officer Berkshire or Northamptonshire (Switzerland also possible) Basic salary between £180,000 and £250,000 Significant shares My client, a fabless Semiconductor company is seeking a CFO for its UK site but could also consider the candidate to be located in Switzerland. This client has had significant VC funding and it is a time of considerable growth and activity which presents a unique challenge at this time. They require a seasoned finance professional who also has lots of experience in the Semiconductor/Electronics industry. There should be an IPO in the next 12 months so it will be an great time to join and help take this client to the next level. This will present a unique and exciting opportunity for the right candidate Must have: Experience in the Semiconductor or Electronics segment Experience in a senior role with strategic influence/input At least a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business or Finance "semiconductor" AND ("FINANCE DIRECTOR" OR "VP of Finance" OR "CFO" OR "CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER")
