Overview
Accounts Senior Would you like to do a varied Management/ Financial Accounting role but within an incredibly flexible, personable and forward-thinking Accountancy Practice environment working with a varied client base? If so, please read on. Due to the continual expansion of this entrepreneurial, progressive regional firm of Chartered Accountants they are seeking an ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified or Qualified by Experience Accountant to liaise with existing clients and provide services including: preparation of financial accounts, management accounts, tax computations and other relevant, ad-hoc work. You will maintain and develop current client relationships ensuring tax efficiency and deliver commercial insight where required. You will also be a technical contact for clients as well as team members, providing insight and support on queries as necessary. There are genuine opportunities for progression and personal growth if desired and you will be actively encouraged to broaden your skills and experience through exposure across the business to various clients and industries from SME's to Trusts and Estates. What we are looking for: ACCA/CIMA/ACA or Qualified by Experience Hands on and able to manage time and workload Broad accounts exposure within an accountancy practice environment A natural proven problem solver - proactive in identifying business/ financial issues, recommending solutions and implementing agreed recommendations You will spend time with clients and will therefore have strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport, gaining trust in order to achieve desired outcomes This is a very entrepreneurial firm that really looks after their staff, their training and development.
