If you're enthusiastic, positive, tech savvy with a strong work ethic then we're really keen to hear from you We're delighted to be working with this award winning professional services organisation who are currently looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to work within their prestigious offices just outside Newcastle. The position is supporting new and existing clients with customer service and technical support, working within set timeframes and to targets. Your duties will include: - Inbound support calls System support Fast paced email support to users User training either via telephone or video conference Customer focused with strong written and verbal communication skills This is such an exciting opportunity for candidates with a strong customer service background and good work ethic who are keen to grow and progress in a massively forward thinking and impressive organisation.
