Overview
You will be responsible for carrying out customer analysis and behaviour to help define the customer strategy for the business. The Customer Insight Manager will have an in-depth view of our customers and the holidaymaker on holiday home ownership market to aid in helping define customer strategy for the business by understanding customer behaviour and analyse business opportunities and challenges. Develop and own customer insights strategy and tools for the business Manage insight projects including both primary research (customer feedback, NPS) and customer analytics Develop and maintain customer metrics for Parkdean Resorts to enhance and understand customer behaviour, lifecycle, and customer segments and demographics for both holidaymaker and holiday home owners Interpret and translate the results of customer analysis into recommendations for our internal stakeholders to actively drive product development, customer engagement, marketing campaigns and retention Use customer insights to answer commercial questions that actively drive revenue and growth for Parkdean Resorts Manage the relationship with external partners for qualitative and quantitative research with specific KPIs linked to business success and strategy Work closely with key Parkdean Resorts stakeholders, to understand their issues, translate them into insight briefs, and use the results to shape their strategy
