Overview
Venture Recruitment Partners are assisting a Global retailer with their recruitment for Finance Manager, based on the outskirts of Basingstoke. Working closely with the UK Finance Director, you will manage the Treasury function and oversee a self-sufficient team of 3. As a key stakeholder in the wider finance team, you’ll also play a hands-on role in improving banking and cash management procedures across the group, as well as producing short and long term cash forecasts. The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified - or studying towards CIMA/ACCA - with advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience of working in a multinational retail environment would be advantageous, as well as knowledge of strict reporting standards. Our client is currently going through a sustained period of UK wide growth - introducing up to 25 new business units per year.
