Overview
Leadership role with a technical edge Your new company A prestigious organisation seek a Finance Manager with strong technical accounting & leadership skills to join them in a key role in Basingstoke. The organisation are open to remote interviews via Skype / Facetime and equivalent technologies in order to keep up momentum with the appointment. Your new role You will lead a local team to ensure all financial control and reporting activates are delivered in a timely and accurate manner. You will lead the month end schedule whilst completing all balance sheet reconciliations, preparing management reports as well as completing the preparation of the financial statements on an annual basis. You will complete cash flow forecasts and work on a range of systems projects as the business improves the delivery of management information. What you'll need to succeed You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with exposure to leading a high performing team. You will demonstrate strong technical accounting skills when it comes to statutory reporting, month end financial control and an aptitude towards towards projects / process improvement.
