Overview

Utilising your experience, the Business Consultant will be to support franchise owners from 12 months into their business to achieve profitable growth; ensure brand alignment and encourage their constructive participation in the franchise network and with the Franchisor. Some Job duties: Provide relationship-led guidance and support to a portfolio of franchise owners to increase their client revenues to at least plan levels and support them with growing a profitable business Support owners with the completion of Business Plans each year and the setting and monitoring of KPIs to drive performance. Provide field based training where appropriate Lead or participate in UK meetings, workshops, conferences where required. Maintain accurate records of support provided to owners using ACT and associated reports Participate in the development and delivery of the UK training programmes Drive Franchise Owner participation in all company events and programmes such as Annual Conference and Business Update Meetings. Provide clear and effective communications to all owners through all necessary means. Requirements that are advantageous: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field Three years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Must possess a valid driver’s license The salary for this role is dependent on experience however; they have a reputation of paying over market rate to attract the very best staff.
