If so, this may be the perfect position for you The Company: The Eileen Richards Recruitment team are working alongside a highly reputable, fun and dynamic fitness team who are looking to expand further due to continued success Their goal is to ensure clients receive the best service whilst also creating a motivational and fun environment. Role & Responsibilities of the Fitness Coach Aid program design for clients Deliver semi-private training sessions Delivery of one to one nutrition and health coaching sessions Lead workout classes Perform basic administrative duties in a precise and current manner. Actively share and promote the company on social media networks. Ensuring the studio standards are consistently maintained to a high standard About You as the Fitness Coach: A minimum Level 3 personal trainer qualification is essential. Possess and inject a positive attitude and approach to fitness, nutrition and mindset. Desirable HSE approved First Aid certification. Precision Nutrition Level 1 (or equivalent). Some form of Biomechanics, Active Release Technique or Sports Massage qualification. Has a recorded portfolio of clients that achieved outstanding results. Can evidence success in training, assessing and developing less experienced staff.
