ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR? DO YOU WANT A NEW CHALLENGE IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT PART TIME ROLE My client, a busy main dealer in Ashford, is looking for an experienced Administrator. You MUST have experience in a similar administration role. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a great brand with a dealer group who provides an excellent working environment. Key Responsibilities: Registering New Cars and Taxing Vehicles. Create and record all new vehicle information. Accurate completion of all sales invoices. Sales paperwork for vehicle ordering and preparation for handover. Liaising with Sales Executives in order to work as a team and provide an excellent level of customer service. Key Requirements: You must be able to demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and customer service with a proven track record. You must be able to motivate yourself to provide the highest levels of customer service. You will be a good communicator - able to communicate effectively to customers (face to face and over the phone). You will need to work both independently and as part of a team.
