"I joined as a Sales Executive in October 2018, from starting in the business the first thing I really liked was the level of support and training we received. Even though I have experience as a manager in Sales I realised that the aim of the business was to make me the best I can be at building relationship and talking in confident manner with all levels of Customer. I have always worked within Business to Customer sales which is very different skill to Business to Business. We speak not only to Managing Directors and Senior Executives but also Accountants, Health and Safety and HR Managers. My first month was learning the products and we have a lot of different types all requiring a different style of putting the Features and Benefits across to the client. Once I had mastered the product knowledge it was all about hitting my targets which I managed to achieve quite quickly selling my first products within two weeks. This meant that I got to speak to existing customers and also learning a new product which was a real focus for the business. We often have lunches and nights out as a team which has meant that we have bonded as a team and I really like that I am trusted within the business to help others as this was always something I enjoy. Its also a perfect job if you have a family being a 9am to 5pm business and not having weekend work. The role requires problem solving and also being self motivated to be successful as the more effort you put in the more results you will get. I have now been here over a year and very much enjoy my job and I have also hit all my targets for 2019."
