Overview
James Grace Associates are currently recruiting for experienced sales advisors to work for one of our clients based in Ashford. There are 6 positions available for the successful sales advisors Temp to perm roles Bonus available on top of salary (applies after probationary period) Sales Advisors wanted for our expanding client in Ashford, Kent These are Full time Temp to Perm roles offering training and progression for the right person. A warm sales role, looking after existing customers. Maximising on current orders coming in. Sales Advisor duties will include: Answering calls from existing customers Maximising sales opportunities, promoting and upselling Working to set KPI's and targets Provide an outstanding service to your customers As a sales advisor you will: Have previous Sales experience Be willing to work with KPI's and set targets Have previous Call Centre experience Working hours 37.5 hours a week Any 5 from 7, 7.5 hour shift between 09.00 - 17.00 (30 minute lunch).1 in 2 Sundays Training hours: First 4 weeks compulsory 10am -4pm for training Mon-Fri Benefits: £8.54 per hour Performance driven bonus March start date Modern environment Genuine opportunity for a permanent position Company benefits structure for high street retailers If you are interested in the sales advisor role please apply directly through this website or for more information call Natalia at James Grace Associates.
