Overview
A rapidly growing medical diagnostic company is urgently looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their large-scale antisera primary manufacturing and production team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in medical device manufacturing within a GLP environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure all products are manufactured, documented and tested to company, regulatory and legal specifications Review, update and approve all relevant documents Complete production worksheets and spreadsheets, ensuring data transfer and calculations are carried out correctly Ensure compliance to GLP and H&S at all times, ensure correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn as required Ensure all equipment is maintained and calibrated according to relevant SOPs Identify problems / issues as they arise and ensure appropriate action and potential improvements are taken Oversee stock control, transactions, routine inventory counts and accurate records Support members of staff with potential solutions and improvements Line manage and assess staff performance Ideal Skills and Qualifications: BSc / MSc in a Life Science degree; or equivalent industrial experience Proven industrial experience in a medical device manufacturing environment Previous supervisory and laboratory experience Working knowledge of GLP , GMP and/or ISO13485 Experience working within a quality management system and using ERP Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to multitask and prioritise workload Flexible and capability to adapt to meet business requirements If you are interested or have any questions about this role, feel free to contact Harriet (07851 246 846) at CY Partners.
