THE ROLE Lead multiple workstreams across a variety of Financial crime projects within Financial Services industry Take ownership and evolve a unique business area, specialising in one aspect of Financial Crime Continuous assessment of emerging market trends and business opportunities Design and implement client Target Operating Models Process improvement, procedure implementation, and solution development across Financial Crime Build strong networks to ensure you keep a pulse on the industry, allowing your proposals to be market leading, exciting and award winning YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Technical expertise across Financial Crime and good knowledge of the interactions Analytics skills with SQL, Python and similar Expert knowledge in one specialism - Sanctions, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Financial Services Fraud, Anti-Bribery and Corruption Prior development and review of risk assessments Experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models Experience taking the lead on multiple workstreams Consultancy experience or proven client management and business development Examples of innovation of process, framework, and/or solution approach BENEFITS Up to £80,000 Car Allowance 26 days holiday Private medical insurance Life assurance Season ticket loan Competitive pension Performance related bonus HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Rosalind Madge via the Apply link on this page.
