Mortgage & Protection Broker Leicester £20,000 - £30,000 p.a. OTE c £50K (uncapped potential) Are you a CeMAP qualified Mortgage and Protection adviser with experience working within a brokerage? The Company: Eileen Richards Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, a charismatic, entrepreneurial organisation who are now looking for Mortgage & Protection Brokers to be based from their Leicester offices. For the successful candidate who has the drive and passion there is opportunity for progression to Financial Adviser. Role & Responsibilities of the Mortgage & Protection Broker: Conducting sales opportunity calls with customers, building relationships to provide accurate advice on a range of regulated products whilst applying your expert knowledge Proactively managing the customer experience from application to completion, understanding the customer’s needs to ensure they receive exceptional service Attend networking events to promote your service offering. Be innovative in marketing yourself as the go to specialist. Work effectively and efficiently with admin support and other advisers. Maintain a high level of compliance. About You as the Mortgage & Protection Broker: The successful candidate will have their CeMAP (or Cert CII) and previous experience in a brokerage/as a broker. Skilled at developing and building relationships A good understanding of the mortgage market, products and services, and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in Mortgages Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to overcome challenges Ambitious and self-motivated Able to create enthusiasm and energy in others to achieve personal and collective goals Please note by applying for this role you give consent for Eileen Richards Recruitment to retain your CV for up to 24 months for the purposes of assisting you to find your next role unless you notify us otherwise.
