Job Title: Mortgage Advisor Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Location: Leicester A developing independent, bespoke Financial Planning firm is looking to grow their small, close-knit team by adding a new Property Consultant to the business. This firm provides independent advice across a diverse range of case types including Pensions, Investments, Mortgages, Protection, IHT, Tax & retirement planning as well as also offering Corporate Financial Advice, Property Investing and also Investment Management. Being a smaller business with a friendly, personable team. They are keen to find someone who can fit in well into the team culture that they have there. The role would include providing mortgage recommendations and advice to the firms customer base and converting mortgage leads generated by the Wealth Management side of the firm. With an abundance of leads at the firm, this role would suit a qualified Mortgage professional who is looking to use their experience to convert their leads to write a high level of Mortgage business. The Required Skills: CeMAP qualified with a good understanding of the Mortgage market. Experience of working within sales and property previously and a good understand of how the real-estate market operates. Personable and professional demeanour who is comfortable dealing with a range of customers.
