Mortgage Advisor - PRIMIS Mortgage Network - Leicester PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced, CAS status Mortgage Advisor / Broker to join a well-established Appointed Representative Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage and Protection Advisory operation to be based in their partners highly successful Independent Sales / Lettings Estate Agency business located out of 2 of its owned Estate Agency Branches with one being North Leicester and the other South. The network partner is keen to recruit a new advisor into their family. The advisor will be an experienced existing broker looking for a busier / larger opportunity and one that has aspirations to earn significant sums alongside forging a true career with this well respected network partner with the prospect of a directorship and ownership of FS within the business a possibility. The role available is a Self Employed, predominantly office based Mortgage and Protection advisory role. The predominance of business coming from the firms high volume Estate Agency and New Homes division and their large existing client bank. Leads are provided, admin support available, vast Lender panel, non-loaded Protection and with a realistic OTE of 70,000 - 75,000. Pipeline building support can be discussed. The partner has a strong emphasis on doing the very best by the customer and as such are a huge advocate of Protection - The candidate will share the same ethos and will have be able to demonstrate that protecting the customer is key to their role within Mortgage Advisory.
