Overview
Reed Professional Services are looking for a Project Accountant to join this niche area of the business that falls under REED global. We are looking for an experienced Project Accountant on a 6 month fixed term contract. Who are Reed Professional Services? Reed Professional Services are part of the REED Global group, are a management consultancy, technology services and outsourcing company. We specialise in IT and associated sectors, providing a mix of high value consultancy, advisory services, project delivery and programme management to globally recognised clients. The role will be based between our two sites in Cannon Street, London & Northampton and to help support on a new project implementation. The salary is negotiable based on experience. Duties: Monitor progress of projects Investigating variances of project costs Producing project accounts and reports Approving expenses, ensuring billing up to date Forecasting on variable projects The Person: Strong commercial awareness and able to deliver business objectives Ability to challenge the status quo The ability to recommend solutions Strong decision maker Efficient and great attention to detail Experience of forecasting on variable projects Ideally CIMA or ACCA qualified What can REED offer me in return?
