We are looking to recruit a Trainee Consultant to join the team Think Specialist Recruitment is an established, successful and growing recruitment agency based in Hemel Hempstead supplying high-calibre candidates to clients across the local area on both a permanent and temporary basis. We are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our team, offering the opportunity for progression, training and development. Our Trainee Consultants initially train on the 'candidate' side of recruitment, starting as a Resourcer and then progressing into a Recruitment Consultant position within 3-6 months. After learning all aspects of the business, we will identify where their key strengths lie and can progress them into focusing on either the temporary or permanent roles we are recruiting for. Overview of Recruitment Consultant duties: Sourcing candidates for vacancies Advertising roles and dealing with application responses Sending CVs, organising interviews and following up with clients Providing updates to candidates and screening over the phone Registering candidates face to face Meeting with new and existing clients Contacting existing clients to maintain and develop relationships Making outbound calls to prospective clients and securing new business Placing candidates into new positions Candidate requirements: Ambitious, hard working and tenacious character Target focused, driven and competitive Previous customer service experience and excellent telephone manner Degree or A-Level educated A team player What can we offer? 25 days holiday bank holidays Fantastic commission and bonus structure Pension Modern and friendly working environment Full training from an experienced management team Excellent career progression and development opportunities
