Legal and Financial Executive Search Firm - 3 x Graduate Trainee Recruitment Roles Graduates required for Legal Recruitment Graduate Scheme. ESG Recruitment are looking for 10 people to engage in this graduate scheme which will see you undertake different rotations and train you fully to become a recruitment consultant in the legal field. In this graduate scheme you will be trained by a variety of methods including shadowing a director and class room training. This will ensure that you are capable of understanding legal terminology and also ensure that you understand all of the techniques of being a consultant; involving how to communicate effectively with candidates and clients, how to open and close deals and how to develop new business. A minimum basic salary of £25,000 will be offered, however you could gain more depending on your previous sales, recruitment or legal experience and what you achieved in your previous roles. In this position most of your salary will be gained via commissions. Thus a realistic target of £50k can be earned in year one for the correct person. My clients are ideally looking for candidates with: Good academics (2:1 and above from a top University and good A-Levels) The more work experience the better, ideally in sales (B2B and phone based sales), legal work experience, office experience Strong back ground in hard work, over achieving and extra curricular activities.
