HR Business Partner - London Salary £40k to £55k depending on experience Who are we? Hyperoptic is the UK's hyperfast broadband network. Working from our London office and responsible for managing our existing HR team in Belgrade Supporting business with policy creation, disciplinary cases and team management Partnering with the C Level in relation to performance management, organisational design and special projects Supporting organisational learning through knowledge sharing initiatives and sessions Ensuring Role Descriptions exist for all the positions within scope and are in line with the Company guidelines Travel to Belgrade may be required from time to time Developing content for HR, Technical and Customer experience inductions What are we looking for? CIPD/Masters in HR or equivalent Someone who is fluent in both English and Serbian Extensive experience of working in a senior HR position Excellent communications skills and attention to detail Experience within the telecommunications sector or similar A proven track record of success in HR Ops, L&D and Recruitment A track record of building strong stakeholder relationships We're passionate about providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees - in fact this is at the heart of our company culture and values.
