Transport Administrator, Motherwell, £19,000 Your new company An opportunity to join a leading distribution company who are going through a significant time of growth. They currently have a vacancy for a Transport Administrator on nightshift who will be working from 1900-0700 on a 4 on 4 off basis. Our client has a strong reputation for customer service and as they continue to grow they need to recruit and develop the right people. Your new role As the Transport Administrator you will assist with the organisation and support the control of the transport resources ensuring the delivery of high quality and cost efficient services to customers. You will be responsible for load building of Man pack jobs ensuring information entered is accurate. Daily review of fleet revenue report, ensure adherence to Service/MOT schedules and maintenance of internal databases and spreadsheets. Compliance with depot policies and procedures, plan tachograph vehicle unit and driver card downloads,complete journey tracker sheet. Live Driver Debriefs and Vehicle Tracking. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for candidates who have experience working within a fast paced environment and who have experience dealing with drivers and can offer excellent customer service. What you'll get in return Salary of £18,000 to £20,000 DOE. A company pension, 25 days annual leave and free parking .
