Management Accountant | Leicester | £30,000 - £35,000 | 6 Month Contract Do you have what it takes to be part of a rapidly growing, highly entrepreneurial business? A Leicester-based SME are looking for a driven and dynamic Management Accountant to join their ever expanding team. Along with core management accounting duties, such as monthly reporting , P&L accounts, budgeting and variance analysis , the Management Accountant will be involved in ongoing investigative work, assisting with year-end and improving processes. You'll be working closely with the Finance Manager , Finance Director and other business stakeholders, picking up ad-hoc tasks when necessary. The Management Accountant role requires someone dedicated, with good attention to detail, who can work autonomously and at pace. To be considered, you must have at least 2 years experience in a similar management accounting role. Stand out candidates will be either qualified or late stages part-qualified ACCA / CIMA , and will have a proven track record of improving systems / processes. You must be able to start withing the next two weeks. Whilst the role is a 6 month contract initially, it is highly likely to be made permanent. For the right individual, there will be plenty of opportunities to develop and progress with a business that is truly going places.
