Overview
A brilliant vacancy has opened for a Supply Chain Manager to join an expanding client of ours in the North East. This role will suit an enthusiastic planner, buyer, production or operations candidate - looking for a step up Food manufacturing experience is a must. The Role: Co-ordinating all site supply chain functions: from the factory floor to invoice. Increase efficiency and cost-cutting by improving current processes and procurement. Rallying internal and external stakeholders towards a common goal: delivering the best possible quality product. Producing accurate stock control forecasts and inventory reporting to ensure optimal material availability. The Candidate: TOP PRIORITY: Management skills - able to bring to gather a variety of different personalities. Analytical thinker - the ability to apply yourself to complex supply chain issues. Communication skills - clear verbal and written comms with clients, management and team. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience. Minimum 4 Years’ experience in a similar FMCG-based role.
