Accounts Department Manager/Finance Manager / Salary £30,000 - £35,000 Benefits / Liverpool City Centre / Leading Organisation / Permanent Position NC Associates are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Department Manager/Finance Manager to work for a leading organisation based in Liverpool. My client is looking to recruit a Accounts Department Manager/Finance Manager on a permanent basis, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the existing team, processes and procedures and will report into the Director/Corporate Accountant Duties Assisting with the maintenance and preparation of bank reconciliations on the client and office accounts Manage cash flow reports daily Assist in maintaining fixed asset register and depreciation journal Deal with month end processes Managing the purchase ledger and dealing with suppliers as necessary Residual balances and client suspense Supervision of the company credit card Managing out of date cheques Liaising with the bank Assist with Audit reporting Ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and maintenance of the breach register Essential Experience Required To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience Previous experience supervising/managing a team Compliant with the Solicitors Accounts Rules. Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with people throughout all levels of the organisation Organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail What's on offer?
