Overview
Premier Work Support are currently recruiting Switchboard Operators to join the team at one of Berkshires busiest hospitals. This temporary ongoing role involves working shifts working either 12pm to 6pm and / or 3pm to 9pm and could include weekends. You will be answering incoming calls, liaising with visitors, internal employees and support the emergency services team with a swift, proactive service. As the front face of the trust you will be an ambassador for the trust and its values.You must have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service, switchboard operator and / or reception background and the ability to work unsupervised.
