Accounts Payable Assistant - 6 months FTC Location: Birmingham 6 Months Fixed Term Contract Competitive Salary Reference:BH11050 Client Profile: Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our existing finance and commercial support teams. This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis. Our client is a leading global outsourcer within a multi sector capacity and is in partnership with a Public Services Provider. Key Purpose The role will be best suited to a candidate who can working in a fast-paced and busy team to support and be responsible for electronic invoicing. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of electronic suppliers Daily monitoring and clearance of errored documents Timely resolution of errors Provide full account management service/support to theclients' suppliers Assembling manual payment requests as well as closely monitoring payment requests Personal Specification The successful candidate for the Accounts Payable Assistant will have the following competences: Excellent numerical and analytical skills Previous experience in an accounts payable role Demonstrate experience of managing a high volume workload with the ability to work to strict deadlines Good communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work with your own initiative Competent in the use of MS Excel Achieving the teams service levels Great attention to detail with a proven track record If this sounds like the role for you then contact Marcus at Origin Multilingual today to begin your application.
