Overview

We are Firmin Recruit, a recruitment agency working on behalf of our Client based in Birmingham. Our Client is looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for providing advice and selling (and or renting) temporary exterior safety products and systems to existing and new customers. You will be responsible for ensuring turnover, margins and targets are achieved as assigned. This role would suit someone who has experience dealing with main contractors in the construction sector i.e. Kier , Balfour Beatty, Laings, etc. Role: Guide and developed relationships with clients and new customers Focus on selling, service and support Create and maintain a strong portfolio Short, medium and long forecast Weekly and monthly reporting Liaise with other teams as required Strong Candidates: Previous experience of the construction industry is essential Excellent communication skills Previous experience in Account Management Commercial Market knowledge Strong IT knowledge and skills Pragmatic, organised and self-motivated Full Driving Licence This role includes Company Car, Bonus Scheme, 25 days holiday and more.
