HOSPITAL SOCIAL WORKER (QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER) | East London Urgent vacancy for a HOSPITAL SOCIAL WORKER to work in a East London Hospital. The contract will initially run for 3 months with the possibility of extension. To be considered you must be an experienced Adults Qualified Social Worker with 2-3 years post qualified experience, including joint multi-disciplinary assessment experience. You must have a recognised social work qualification - social work degree / diploma in social work and full Social Work England registration.
