Overview
A leading regional law firm are looking for an experienced and dedicated property solicitor to join their growing team. This firm are nationally recognised for their high-quality expert advice and personable nature. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and successful property department based in Birmingham, who can offer you exposure to high quality work across a broad range of property specialism. Within this role you will - Manage a busy caseload that will encompass both commercial and residential development and site acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial leases and planning and infrastructure agreements. Work closely with the firm's large client base that includes leading UK organisations and companies, helping to develop and establish positive relationships with the firm. Be offered a competitive salary and benefits scheme. The ideal candidate for this role will be an ambitious and technically skilled property solicitor with around five years or more post qualified experience. However, this PQE is used as a guide and you are still encouraged to apply if you fall outside of this.
